Zack Kifer joined Newmark Moses Tucker Partners in 2018 as an associate director as part of a merger between Newmark Grubb Arkansas and Moses Tucker Real Estate. He specializes in commercial brokerage, tenant representation and landlord representation throughout the state of Arkansas.
A Northwest Arkansas native, Mr. Kifer is passionate about contributing to the further growth of the region while also enhancing the quality of life for its residents. He began his real estate career while in college and over the next three years closed over 250,000 square feet of office and retail space in Arkansas.
Representative Transactions
In the past 12 months, Mr. Kifer has closed $10 million in transactions in Northwest Arkansas. As the leasing agent for Nelson’s Crossing, an 80,000-square-foot shopping center in Fayetteville, he raised occupancy from 68% to 96% within one year of taking the assignment. He also served as the agent for 112 West Center Street, a 57,000-square-foot office building in Fayetteville, increasing its occupancy from 40% to 88% within two years. On the tenant side, Mr. Kifer’s retail clients include Bolder Coffee, Dairy Queen, Wendy’s and Yellow Rocket.

Mr. Kifer is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Education
Mr. Kifer earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate/finance from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
