Zach Williams joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2019 and currently serves as the Associate in the company’s Saint Louis, Missouri, office. His background includes over 16 years of commercial real estate and corporate sales experience in the St. Louis market, with extensive knowledge of regional and national real estate markets as well. In his previous position, he was the Director of Acquisitions for Net Lease Holdings, a multi-million dollar private NNN Real Estate fund. He was responsible for all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing single Tenant Net Leased transactions for the fund.
Mr. Williams has a vast array of real estate experiences including brokerage, ownership, development, rezoning, research, and construction. He prides himself on excellent customer service for his clients to seamlessly close the transaction. This would entail completing all due diligence analysis for his client in a purchase situation, including physical plant inspection, income and expense analysis, and market and title analysis. On the sale side, it includes all seller deliveries and orchestrating the governing contract to close.
Mr. Williams is a native St. Louisan. Throughout his career, he has been active in professional, civic and community organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
