Wills Allen, SIOR, is a senior managing director with Newmark Knight Frank based in Montana, where he focuses primarily on corporate users of industrial space. A member of the firm’s Global Corporate Services team, Mr. Allen also serves as a lead transaction manager for several key corporate accounts and handles additional requirements on a local and national front.
Mr. Allen’s account and transaction management responsibilities include supporting clients with strategic planning, market research, economic incentive negotiations, acquisition and disposition services, lease restructuring, financial analysis and negotiations. He creates significant value for clients by focusing on aligning and executing companies’ real estate requirements within their overall business objectives. By successfully coordinating the efforts of NKF’s U.S. and International top producers, he is able to implement the most effective real estate solutions for his clients. Working in this capacity has earned Mr. Allen the recognition for his ability in helping companies reduce operating costs, streamlining real estate processes and providing comprehensive reporting.
During his 10 years in the real estate business, Mr. Allen has transacted real estate on behalf of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. His financial skills and transactional experience enable the implementation of innovative and effective solutions for all of his clients. Over the past 12 months, Mr. Allen has closed and engaged in over 3.0 million square feet of projects valued at over $100 million.
Mr. Allen was promoted to senior managing director in 2017. He joined NKF in 2010 from Carter and Associates, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer.
