Will Scovill joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2006 and currently serves as a managing director in the firm’s San Francisco office. He specializes in the negotiation and financial analysis of office space leases, lease renewals, lease restructures and space dispositions.
Mr. Scovill’s clients include financial services firms, law firms, high-tech companies, advertising firms, insurance companies, non-profit organizations and biotech companies. In working with a wide variety of clients, he has developed a broad understanding of how both landlords and tenants operate in order to achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Scovill spent 10 years in product management roles at various biotechnology companies including Bio-Rad, Clontech and Sigma-Aldrich. During this tenure, he successfully guided multiple groups through the launch of more than 15 new products and managed a $12 million product line.

Mr. Scovill earned a master’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
