Warren K. Dauber joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2016 as a senior vice president in the company’s Boca Raton office, where he focuses on the representation of landlords in the leasing of retail and mixed-use space.

- The Related Companies, for 300,000 SF feet at CityPlace Doral, a new development located outside Miami, FL
- Kimco, for Dania Pointe, a new mixed-use development located in Dania Beach, Florida, containing more than 1 million SF of retail space
- Blackstone/Shopcore as the exclusive leasing consultant for their highest-profile shopping center undergoing a $200 million redevelopment scheme to be named Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
- Demetree Global, for its three properties in Orlando, Winter Park and Coral Gables, FL
Mr. Dauber transitioned to Newmark Knight Frank after nearly 20 years at Related Urban Development, where he most recently served as vice president. In this position, his responsibilities included the leasing and strategic planning of the company’s national mixed-use portfolio and third-party leasing business.
Prior to Related, Mr. Dauber worked at New York-based Corporate Property Investors from 1996 until 1998, when the firm was acquired by Simon Property Group. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the leasing of super-regional shopping centers in the company’s southeast region, including CityPlace West Palm and CityPlace Doral.
Previously, Mr. Dauber was a leasing representative with the Richard E. Jacobs Group, based in Cleveland, Ohio, and Ramco Gershenson, Inc., based in Southfield, Michigan.
Mr. Dauber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
