Tom Morgan is a director with Newmark Knight Frank’s Multifamily Capital Markets platform. Based in the firm’s office in Jacksonville, Florida, Tom works exclusively on apartment investment sales across North Florida, with a focus on Northwest Florida markets. He has been involved in more than $1 billion of apartment sales across Florida.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Tom served as a vice president of Investec Services Inc., an independent real estate brokerage firm servicing the Northeast Florida region. In this position, he represented sellers in the marketing and sale of investment properties. He also gained experience in buyer and tenant representation, asset management, property valuation, market research and the directing of marketing campaigns.

Tom is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute designee and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
Tom earned a Master of Science degree in real estate from the University of Florida. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, where he dual majored in urban planning and political science with a secondary concentration in economics.
