Thomas Havron joined Newmark in 2016 as an associate director in the firm’s Houston office, where he is focused on investment property acquisition and disposition, retail leasing, office landlord and tenant representation, and multihousing/mixed-use development leasing and sales. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Havron brings to his position a deep understanding of tenants’ and landlords’ unique opportunities for rapid multi-national growth as well as the challenges they face. Mr. Havron also specializes in maximizing returns on land, mixed use redevelopments and space utilization.
As a business owner and real estate investor, Mr. Havron makes client satisfaction his top priority. He dedicates himself to achieving success for his clients through detailed transaction strategic planning, out-of the box marketing, leading edge technology tools, a proactive approach and attention to project details.
Mr. Havron represented Equity Resources for the sale and leasing of over 250,000 square feet of mixed use and retail space in Sugar Land Town Square Plaza, located in Sugar Land, Texas. In Houston, Mr. Havron represented Tarragon Corporation in the sale and leasing of over 525,000 square feet in the Galleria/Uptown area. He also represented Fairfield Financial Group’s REO department in the disposition of 250,000 square feet in Houston.
