Todd Stringer, LEED AP, CSL, joined Newmark in 2016 and serves as a senior project manager in the Boston office, where he focuses on client representation.
Mr. Stringer possesses more than 17 years of project management experience. He has worked on more than 55 projects in numerous market segments, including office, healthcare, life science, laboratory and manufacturing.
Mr. Stringer has in-depth experience in all phases of construction, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, preconstruction design project planning, feasibility studies, permitting, code compliance, value engineering, construction and vendor management.
Mr. Stringer is currently concentrating on tenant representation for interior construction. He is engaged in the management of all aspects of the project life cycle, from pre-lease site selection through construction completion. His engagement and level of detail consistently exceed client expectations during all project stages, from design team selection through RFP, general contractor RFP, leveling and award recommendation, and the management of all owner vendors, including furniture selection and installation, data-structured cabling, A/V and security. Projects have included logistically complex multiple phased-occupied interior renovations as well as unoccupied construction in urban Boston utilizing union labor and non-union merit-shop urban edge/suburban markets.
Additionally, Mr. Stringer has managed numerous new build-to-suit construction projects for ground-up high-rise buildings in Boston, Cambridge and suburban markets, with scope of work encompassing all use groups, including core/shell, office fit-out, multi-unit residential, healthcare and academic, with experience in historical preservation and restoration.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Stringer served as a project manager for Shawmut Design and Construction, responsible for academic campus clients and public contracts. Prior to Shawmut, he served as an estimator and project manager for Chapman Construction and Design, working in the merit shop market. Mr. Stringer began his career at Turner Construction. During his 11 years with that company, he successfully transitioned from superintendent to project engineer and project management roles, where he was directly responsible for managing multiple construction projects in the unionized market.

Mr. Stringer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering with a minor in business administration from Northeastern University.
