Timothy J. Morris joined Newmark in 2014, devoting his full attention to tenant representation advisory services within the suburban Philadelphia office market and on a national basis. He adds value to Newmark’s clients by applying his personal expertise and understanding of the industry through extensive market knowledge, creative business thinking and transactional skills.
In 2017, Newmark recognized Timothy as the Philadelphia region’s Rising Star for his success, dedication and innovative strategies to attain new business.
Prior to joining Newmark, Timothy served as a commercial real estate associate at Beacon Commercial Real Estate in Radnor, Pennsylvania, where he represented clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial property.
Timothy is a Pennsylvania native. Prior to his start in real estate, he was a member of the 2008 Big East Conference Champion Baseball Team. He was also an All-American Baseball Player at St. John’s University and three-year varsity letterman with Clemson and St. John’s University’s baseball teams. In 2009, Timothy was drafted by the Seattle Mariners, where he played professional baseball for three years.
When not representing his clients on real estate transactions, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as golfing and playing paddle tennis at Overbrook Golf Club.
