Timothy Gibson joined Newmark Knight Frank as an executive managing director in the firm’s New York headquarters in 2013. Mr. Gibson possesses 23 years of brokerage and consulting experience, representing prestigious tenants and landlords in the New York metropolitan area and across the country. With his intimate knowledge representing both parties, Mr. Gibson’s strategic expertise in working through complex transactions and protracted negotiations is an invaluable asset to his clients.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Gibson was with Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director, and with CBRE as a senior vice president. He launched his career in commercial real estate in the brokerage division at Edward S. Gordon Company.
Mr. Gibson is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Mr. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Lawrence University in Canton, New York.
