Tim Wingfield is a Production Associate for Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance team in the Austin office. With more than 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tim specializes in agency and non-agency debt pre-screening and analysis, Freddie Mac Underwriting and processes, market analysis and economic research.
Prior to Newmark, Tim was a capital market analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Central Texas Multifamily team in Austin, Texas. As a multifamily finance and research specialist, he was responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, and production support for conventional multi-housing, mixed-use projects, and development sites in Austin, San Antonio and surrounding markets. From 2013 to 2018, Tim was the Research Director for the Texas Region of Savills Studley (now Savills US). Based out of Houston, Texas, he produced market research analysis and financial modeling regarding real assets, office space occupiers, and property markets in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. Tim’s professional career spans over 12 years, beginning in civil engineering and specialty tax consulting before transitioning to commercial real estate finance.
Education
Tim earned a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Architectural Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
