As an associate director with Newmark Knight Frank, Ted Wochna brings over 28 years of commercial real estate management, operations and maintenance experience to the oversight of property management, operations and personnel in Ohio. In addition, he is responsible for leading the business development efforts and revenue profitability in the Ohio market to enhance and maximize the long-term value of the owner’s investment in commercial office buildings and facilities.
Mr. Wochna’s extensive experience in operations gives him a unique perspective on maintaining a property at efficient levels. He has managed over 3 million square feet of suburban and downtown properties, encompassing office, data center, industrial, retail and mixed-use property types. He coordinates construction, maintenance and contract compliance and has been responsible for tenant and landlord communications as well as budget preparation.
