Steve Walton is an essential part of the largest and highest producing investment team at Newmark Knight Frank’s Salt Lake City’s office and the state of Utah for over 10 years. He has been involved in over $2 billion in closed investment sales spanning over 300 transactions. His analysis experience includes ARGUS, CCIM analytics, lease comparison analyses and other real estate cash flow analyses. His diverse experience includes complex office buildings and shopping centers, industrial, multifamily and NNN retail assets. After nearly 20 years of experience, Steve is an expert resource to buyers and sellers for sale analysis, deal procurement, underwriting and creative deal execution.
Steve values excellence and is very competitive, fueled by his involvement in coaching youth basketball for over seven years. Steve spent two years volunteering in Seattle and is married with three children.
Steve joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Salt Lake City location in 2003 and spent four years as the Vice President of Operations. Previously, he worked in the title industry as a title officer.
