Steve Bonge has more than 33 years of experience representing clients locally, nationally and internationally in an array of commercial real estate transactions. His focus is the industrial/logistics marketplace, where he is actively involved in all areas of real estate advisory, including tenant and landlord representation, build-to-suit analysis, sales and leasing negotiations and exclusive agency responsibility. Mr. Bonge’s area of expertise covers the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania (I-78 and I-81 corridors), where he serves the transportation and third party logistics industry.
Mr. Bonge has represented a broad range of clients, including ProLogis, in the leasing of its 870,000-square-foot building in ProLogis Park 33; Road Bay Investments, LLC and Moran Industries, Inc., in the sale and purchase of a 504,350-square-foot building in Mechanicsburg; Jetson Specialty Marketing Services, in its 226,500-square-foot sublease and 226,417-square-foot direct lease; Moran Industries, Inc., in the leasing of its 250,000-square-foot building in Williamsport; HNI Corporation, in its 139,000-square-foot lease renewal and 35,350-square-foot extension; Victaulic Company, in its 150,000-square-foot lease in Allentown; JG Petrucci Co., Inc., in the lease of its 101,250-square-foot building at 7108 Daniels Drive in Allentown; Nexus Distribution, in its 70,000-square-foot lease in Breinigsville; HD Supply, in its 51,840-square-foot lease in Dunmore; Victaulic Company, in the sale of its 37,540-square-foot facility in Allentown; and Higgins Development Partners, in its sales of 68 Green Mountain Road in Hazleton and 1700 Ritner Highway in Carlisle.
