Stephanie Hendel-Harper is responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures. As an Administrative Manager in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Newmark, Stephanie provides guidance, assesses personnel performance, and implements process changes to enhance overall efficiency.
Prior to joining Newmark, Stephanie worked for two and a half years as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, she worked for three years as a property project manager at Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, where she was responsible for strategizing and implementing remodel projects, office expansions and relocations while directing a maintenance staff of seven employees.
