Stephan Gianoplus serves as a vice chairman with Newmark Knight Frank’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Bethesda office. Mr. Gianoplus has worked on transactions in nearly all commercial real estate business lines and has executed transactions for clients in the CMBS, GSE and syndicated bank loan markets. He specializes in GSE credit facilities and in the structuring and execution of large real estate financings and REIT lending.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Gianoplus had been a member of Deutsche Bank’s CRE large loan origination and structuring team since 1998. His responsibilities at Deutsche Bank included supervision of the bank’s multifamily balance sheet bridge lending program, which provided structured finance alternatives to both private and public institutional owners of transitional commercial real estate.
