As a a lease administrator with Retail Occupier Services (ROS), a specialty practice within Newmark Knight Frank Global Corporate Services, Sojan Easow manages leases and assists clients with the delivery of real estate obligations based on best-in-class practices. Mr. Easow administers hundreds of leases, processing over $25 million annually; performs annual common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations; and monitors and tracks reports.
Mr. Easow joined NKF in 2012 from SRS Real Estate, where he was the senior real estate paralegal. In this role, he was responsible for the review and preparation of tenant estoppel certificates and subordination and non-disturbance agreements. He was also responsible for the monthly rent payments to landlords and processed more than $50 million in annual rent payments. His work on CAM reconciliation identified annual savings of more than $500,000 for clients.
Mr. Easow earned a master’s degree in accounting from Bangalore University.
