Si Pitstick currently serves as an executive managing director in the Cincinnati office of Newmark. Mr. Pitstick specializes in large industrial projects and is part of a four-person team that includes Josh Young, Carrie Edwards and Collin Fitzgerald.
Mr. Pitstick assists clients locally, nationally and internationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs, from their distribution and manufacturing network strategy, to location selection, to facility design, and ultimately to acquisitions and dispositions of industrial assets. His services include marketing freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease as well as selling industrial investment property and industrial land. He also represents clients in restructuring/renewing their leases, site searches and negotiations to either buy or lease industrial facilities, including build-to-suit projects.
With a background in finance, Mr. Pitstick has an in-depth knowledge of tax abatements, economic incentives and creative financing. His analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that each client achieves the best possible deal in both economic and contractual terms. During his 33 years in the industry, Mr. Pitstick has completed lease/sale transactions on more than 60 million square feet of industrial real estate, valued in excess of $1 billion.
