Seth Weinstein is a vice chairman at Newmark, a global leader in commercial real estate. Seth has helped develop and lead Newmark’s Global Corporate Services division into a $200 million business. He is largely credited with helping the firm evolve into one of the world’s leading corporate services providers in commercial real estate, serving an enviable roster of clients nationally and globally. Seth is now a partner with Newmark’s The Activation Group, an elite team of highly experienced advisors with multidisciplinary backgrounds in commercial real estate and operations.
The Activation Group partners with corporations to develop and implement strategies that will financially re-engineer corporate headquarters and global real estate portfolios. These strategies ensure the maximum benefit of new accounting standards and changes in financial markets while minimizing risks and increasing operation flexibility. The Activation Group’s rapid deployment process allows clients to realize their greatest results within 18 months. Seth’s local, national and global assignments include CSRA, Cummins, Inc., Fragomen, Hancock Whitney Bank, Morgan Stanley Tenneco, Wells Fargo and many other Fortune 500 companies.
Seth joined Newmark in 2008 while running Predium, the multi-office boutique corporate services firm he founded in 2002. Prior to his tenure at Predium, Seth was a partner of an international real estate services firm. He helped build the firm’s national accounts group and was consistently its top producer.
Seth has been active in many professional organizations, including CoreNet Global and EO. He has also received many accolades, including CPN 40 Under 40, Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitters, Costar Power Broker and McAfee Partner of the Year, among many others.
Mr. Weinstein earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
