Based in Jacksonville, he has amassed 18 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 5.5 million square feet of transactions, both domestic and abroad, totaling more than $549,000,000 in consideration. As an expert negotiator, Mr. Henley has secured millions of dollars in direct and indirect occupancy cost savings. Additionally, Scott has extensive expertise in developing and executing on large, highly customized and complex real estate strategies. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, workplace optimization, complex lease negotiation and build-to-suit transactions. His solutions yield high-impact, measurable, operational and financial results for his clients around the globe.
Prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, Scott was employed by CNL Commercial Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial. Scott was recognized as a Top Producer nationally for four consecutive years while at Coldwell and three years nationally while at Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.
