Prior to joining NKF, Sara worked at Hudson Peters Commercial, a small boutique commercial real estate firm. She joined the firm in 2009 as an assistant vice president, specializing in the representation of tenants and landlords in the greater Dallas area. Sara assisted clients with the purchase and sale of investment properties, marketed office, medical and retail buildings across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and worked diligently with her clients to negotiate efficiencies in their leases that aligned with their strategic plans. She received the firm’s Rising Star Award in 2010.
Sara began her commercial real estate career at Mohr Partners in 2006, where she focused on national and international tenant representation. During her tenure, Sara led the development of the firm’s call center and career school platforms, providing creative solutions to an underserved market sector. Her efforts garnered several national clients for the firm. Sara procured Mohr Partner’s largest national client at that time, an international call center project with a Fortune 500 Company and a 352,600-square-foot sale leaseback transaction for a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable food service products.
