Ms. Eisner joined Newmark Knight Frank in 1993 as the liaison between the accounting, leasing and management departments. She oversees the lease administration group, which is responsible for the preparation of abstracts and the integration of financial and tenant information into property management systems. She is also the point person for due diligence for new property assignments, responsible for the collection of information and supervision of lease reviews.
Before she came to Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Eisner worked for The Shorenstein Company, where she specialized in financial analysis and the preparation of leasing reports for owners.
Ms. Eisner also served for 11 years at Mendik Realty Company, Inc. as vice president. Ms. Eisner is a member of The Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York and The Association of Real Estate Women.
Ms. Eisner is a graduate of the University of Rochester. She holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from the New York University School of Continuing Education, as well as a certificate from The Institute for Paralegal Training.
