Richard Holden serves as executive vice president, co-head of property management for Newmark Knight Frank’s West Coast region. Richard co-leads the Property Management platform with an increased focus on speed, efficiency and capability in an extremely competitive property management market. In this capacity, Richard is directly responsible for the oversight of NKF’s management services in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington to ensure the superior and consistent delivery of services across all markets.
Richard joined NKF in late 2019, after more than five and a half years with Davis Partners in San Mateo. As executive vice president, he was responsible for managing the firm’s daily operations throughout California and Washington. Richard was also instrumental to the growth of the firm’s property management team and portfolio.
Prior to Davis Partners, Richard was a partner at Woodmont Real Estate Services for seven years. Earlier in his career, he worked at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark Knight Frank. Richard began his commercial real estate career at RREEF.
