Reed McLaughlin is an associate in Newmark’s Denver office, where he works closely with Vice Chairman Tim Harrington, Executive Managing Director Tom Lee and Director Jon Tilton to create client-focused solutions for owners and users of real estate.
An energetic self-starter with a talent for identifying client needs, Mr. McLaughlin’s unique professional background in finance and accounting coupled with his go-to-market and business development experience allows him to serve as an integral team role while strategizing optimal real estate delivery solutions for clients.
Mr. McLaughlin joined Newmark in 2018 from KPMG, where he had been an audit senior associate serving clients primarily within the technology, media and telecommunications practice. He also worked in venture capital business development, researching and identifying VC-backed startups with high growth potential located in the Denver and Boulder markets.
Prior to KPMG, Mr. McLaughlin worked as the manager of acquisitions and property management for RENU Management in Indianapolis, Indiana, and as a buyback representative for FreeTextbooks, Inc. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he earned recognition as the #1 Buyback Representative in the country.
