Philip Peña joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2017 as a brokerage associate in the McLean, Virginia, office, where he focuses on corporate tenant representation. Mr. Peña represents commercial tenants throughout their acquisition or disposition of commercial property and provides companies with real estate services that include lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, site selection, financial analysis and relocation tactics. Mr. Peña specializes in creating real estate strategies that reduce tenants’ occupancy costs and optimize companies’ real estate footprints across the Washington metropolitan area.
Prior to becoming an associate, Mr. Peña gained valuable experience working as a brokerage intern at NKF during the summers of 2014, 2015 and 2016 while earning his undergraduate degree.
In the summer of 2013, Mr. Peña worked as a United States Congressional intern for a key member of the Texas congressional delegation.
