Philip Price joined Newmark in 2015 as an executive managing director in the firm’s Houston office, bringing with him more than 19 years of local, national and international real estate experience. Mr. Price specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory services, with a focus on assisting corporate clients and professional firms with planning and development of occupancy strategies, disposition and acquisition of real estate assets, project feasibility analysis, merger and acquisition due diligence, and lease negotiations. Additionally, Mr. Price is a principal and leader of a team of experts in the practice of space utilization, strategic planning, marketing and financial services to provide their clients with industry leading best practices.
Prior to Joining Newmark, Mr. Price was a director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office, where he was recognized as a Top Producer and specialized in corporate tenant representation leading and assisting on local and national accounts for more than 15 years.

An NAIOP member, Mr. Price was named a Rising Star Broker of the Year by the Houston Chapter in 2002. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).
Mr. Price has extensive involvement with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation and currently serves as an advisory board member and head of the membership committee for the Stewards of the Wild program. He is also a charter member of the Houston chapter.
Additionally, Mr. Price has served as a member of the advisory board of Pro-Vision; the Greater Houston Partnership’s Marketing Houston Committee; the advisory board of the Nehemiah Center, and as a family sponsor; the advisory committee of the Chinquapin School; and on the executive committee of the Quail Coalition Greater Houston Chapter.
A proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Price is a member of the Texas Exes Alumnae Association and the Houston Texas Exes Association and earned his Texas real estate license as a sophomore in college.
