Peter Manotti, MAI, MRICS, is First Vice President for the Philadelphia office of Newmark Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory practice. Mr. Manotti focuses his practice on the eastern half of Pennsylvania and southern half of New Jersey.
Mr. Manotti specializes in appraisals, portfolio valuations and market feasibility studies. He also provides clients with acquisition/disposition counseling and litigation support in connection with real estate transactions.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Manotti worked for Integra Realty Resources Philadelphia where he was actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 2007. Mr. Manotti has prepared valuations and market studies on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. These include self-storage, pipelines, affordable housing, senior housing, office buildings, shopping centers, power centers, warehouses, distribution centers, multi-family residences, vacant land, mixed-use, and special purpose properties.
Mr. Manotti’s clients have included life insurance companies and pension fund advisors; banks, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions; real estate developers and investors; universities; law firms; businesses; and government agencies. He has assisted them with, or performed on their behalf, valuations for tax appeals, condemnation purposes, financing, and equity participation and due diligence support

Mr. Manotti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Albright College. He has also completed multiple Real Estate courses at Temple University, numerous real estate and valuation courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and others.
