Peter Everett is a Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank in the Atlanta office. Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Everett has been involved in the sale of Office and Industrial investment sales throughout the southeast. In a career spanning over 18 years, he has participated in the acquisition and sale of more than $600 million of commercial properties in Atlanta and other southeast markets. He has played an instrumental role in representing domestic and foreign clients in all phases of property ownership.
Mr. Everett started his real estate career with CBRE where he focused on Industrial sales and leasing in Atlanta. He then spent over 13 years on the principal side of the business with First Industrial Realty and DCT Industrial Realty trust where he handled leasing and acquisitions and covered all southeastern markets. He was responsible for handling over 20 million square feet in markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Orlando, and Miami.

Peter specializes in office and Industrial property sales and leasing throughout the Southeast. He has completed more than 400 commercial lease and sale transactions with expertise in financial analysis, market research, lease negotiations, development, property re-positioning, Asset Management, and Investment sales.
Mr. Everett graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from St. Lawrence University. He holds a real estate finance certificate from Boston University.
