Paul Penman is a director with Newmark Knight Frank’s Capital Markets group, one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales teams. Mr. Penman specializes in the marketing and disposition of retail assets.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Penman worked in the Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield, as a member of the Capital Markets Group. Before moving to Boston, Mr. Penman worked in valuation and advisory, covering all product types in the New England market. His career in real estate includes agency leasing and property management.

Mr. Penman studied for his Masters of Business Administration degree at the University of New Hampshire; he previously studied real estate management in his native Scotland. Outside of real estate, he has worked as an outdoor education leader for at-risk youth in New Hampshire and as a snowboard instructor in British Columbia. He currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
