Pamela Yeschenko joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 when the firm acquired the Pittsburgh office of Integra Realty Resources. She brings to her position 21 years of valuation experience. Ms. Yeschenko joined IRR at its Pittsburgh office in 1998 and has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 2001.
Ms. Yeschenko has conducted appraisal services for a variety of property types, including neighborhood and community shopping centers; single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial buildings; low-rise to high-rise office buildings; proposed residential subdivision developments; mobile home parks; mixed-use facilities; and vacant land. Ms. Yeschenko specializes in special-use type properties, such as large tracts of land, properties in rural locations and industrial uses, including light industrial, warehouse and heavy process manufacturing facilities.
Ms. Yeschenko has extensive experience in valuations for eminent domain, including gas transmission pipeline easements and roadway widening and bridge projects for clients that include the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and various federal and local government agencies.
