Noelle Hsieh is an associate director for Newmark’s Global Corporate Services platform. Her experience and expertise includes posturing acquisitions and dispositions, domestic and international site selection, lease analysis and negotiation, strategic planning of corporate real estate portfolios and project support for clients in a variety of industries.
Since joining Newmark, Noelle has leased more than 600,000 square feet across a variety of asset types, sold one office building and more than 200 acres of land. She personally manages more than 3.1 million square feet and 900 acres of active projects throughout North, Central and South America. Noelle is committed to understanding her clients’ short and long-term needs and creating optimal real estate strategies that further their unique business objectives.
Prior to joining Newmark, Noelle founded her own real estate team within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices with her twin sister while attending the University of Houston. They remained a team after graduation, with a focus on buyer representation and investor portfolios.

Education
Noelle studied at the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, one of the top-ranked hospitality programs in the world. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2013.
