Nathan Sabo is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark Knight Frank’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) practice. Mr. Sabo has over 15 years of experience managing corporate services for complex, multi-site enterprises. He provides regional business development and operational leadership for the eastern United States, including the recruiting and supervising of account managers and transaction managers in GCS Centers of Excellence. Mr. Sabo works with clients and NKF resources to align client strategic initiatives, share breakthrough thinking and benchmark best practices related to all aspects of operational and financial performance for client portfolios. He oversees general account administration, including overall strategy and technology integration, to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery. He has experience with many types of portfolios, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, and has advised clients on all real estate asset types. In addition, Mr. Sabo works closely with clients to gain a working knowledge of their CRE processes and to collaborate on initiatives to improve those processes. He facilitates direct communication between NKF resources and client resources and conducts quarterly business reviews and annual client meetings.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Sabo managed real estate and vendor sourcing for a large financial institution, playing an integral role in growing the company from a start-up to over 3,000 employees in over 300 locations. He managed the end-to-end process from search to grand opening of over 100 modern, technology-reliant business locations in a two-year period. In managing this high volume of projects, Mr. Sabo uniquely optimized the integration of technology and corporate real estate functions in today’s modern workplace. He also has experience in managing educational institutions and managing retail operations.
