Mitchell Wolff joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Dallas office in 2008 and specializes in reducing his clients’ operating costs, improving their work environments and streamlining their real estate processes.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Wolff was a co-founder of Predium, a Dallas commercial real estate group. Before Predium, he was with a major international real estate firm, where he was the second youngest partner in the firm’s history.
Mr. Wolff has assisted clients such as United Parcel Service, AT&T, First American Title and Wachovia and has been acknowledged by both the industry and his clients as an innovator and valued consultant, advising clients regarding strategic planning, consulting and transactional assignments.
Mr. Wolff’s experience in structuring, negotiating and management of real estate transactions and portfolios, as well as his analytical skills and strategic thinking, are advantageous resources which his clients draw upon.
Mr. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University.
