Mickey Droney, MAI, joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in 2018, when NKF acquired the Pittsburgh office of Integra Realty Resources.
Mr. Droney brings to his position 15 years of valuation and advisory experience. He has performed valuations and market studies on a wide variety of properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily residences, condominium developments, student housing, industrial properties, self storage and vacant land.
Mr. Droney has performed valuations for financing, litigation support, feasibility determination, due diligence support and estate planning. His clients have included banks and financial institutions, life insurance companies, conservation groups, law firms, developers and investors, corporations and government agencies.In addition to appraisals, Mr. Droney has provided expert testimony for ad valorem assessment appeals in the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County and the Board of Assessment Appeals in Allegheny, Westmoreland and Cambria counties.

Mr. Droney is a graduate of Denison University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He has also successfully completed numerous real estate and valuation courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, American Society of Appraisers, McKissock, accredited universities and others.
