Michelle Davidson joined Newmark in 2013 and currently serves as marketing manager for the firm’s Central Texas region. Michelle brings to her position experience in design, marketing, project management and business development. Supporting two local offices as well as national practice groups, she is responsible for the development and execution of property marketing, business development and communications strategies focused on differentiating the firm from competition and increasing market share and revenue across all lines of business.
Based in Newmark’s Austin office, Michelle oversees and implements all marketing functions including design, branding, proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, websites, videos, writing, advertising, brand compliance and communications. By conducting continuous research on both design and industry trends, Michelle frequently introduces dynamic elements that ensure the Central Texas marketing team remains at the forefront of engaging design trends.
Michelle joined Newmark after serving as marketing manager for Barshop & Oles Company, a privately-owned full-service commercial real estate development and management company. While there, she was responsible for the day-to-day production of property marketing collateral and the development and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns while simultaneously assisting the leasing and property management teams with transactions for the retail portfolio. Prior to her time at Barshop & Oles, Michelle was a marketing coordinator for Grubb & Ellis where she ensured compliance with corporate national branding standards and oversaw the production and design of all marketing and promotional collateral for new business, office, industrial, and retail leasing.
