Michael S. Lysien joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in 2019 as a senior vice president in the St. Charles, Illinois, office. A commercial real estate appraiser since 2007, Mr. Lysien has experience with a wide range of property types and markets. He has successfully completed valuations on various proposed, partially completed and existing structures, including but not limited to neighborhood and community retail centers, single- and multi-tenant industrial and office developments, big box retail uses and mixed-use properties. Mr. Lysien has also appraised a variety of special-purpose properties, including landscape nurseries, concrete batch mixing facilities, churches and mobile home parks. Clients rely on his appraisals for lending purposes as well as retrospective valuations for real estate tax appeal and estate planning purposes.
