Mike Chapman joined Newmark in July 2013. His areas of expertise included apartments, student housing, hotels and multifamily land. To date, he has closed sales of over 10,000 apartment/student housing units, over 1,600 acres of multifamily-zoned land and numerous hotels. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Chapman was with CBRE, Inc., for 35 years.
