Mike Doyle joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018 to help lead the firm’s National Corporate Capital Markets Practice Group (CCM) along with his partners Dave Cederlund and Jamie Wolfe. Mr. Doyle and his team specialize in single-tenant corporate real estate financing transactions involving the full spectrum of corporate real estate assets, including corporate headquarters, research and development facilities, distribution centers, stand-alone retail sites, data centers, power facilities, manufacturing facilities and related equipment, and FF&E. The team provides corporate credit-based financing solutions and capital markets execution for both corporate occupiers and owners of large single-tenant properties and portfolios.
Mr. Doyle brings to Newmark Knight Frank more than 25 years of expertise in leasing and investment banking. A top producer nationally, since 2012, he and his team have together closed more than more than 85 transactions representing more than $7.5 billion in asset values.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Doyle and his partners formed Lighthouse Asset Finance, LLC after working for more than 25 years in leasing and investment banking with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and its predecessor companies. During his tenure there, Mr. Doyle was the lead banker for several geographic and industry-specific coverage teams, most notably for the oil and gas sector from 2000 to 2011. Mr. Doyle became president of the leasing and finance division in 2011 and helped form Lighthouse in 2016.
Mr. Doyle is a FINRA registered representative and principal (Series 24, 79 and 63). He earned his his Master of Science degree in finance from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College and his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Trinity College.
Active in the local community, Mr. Doyle is on the board of directors for Massachusetts Youth Committed to Winning, Inc. and coaches youth sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hockey, golf and fishing.
