Matthew Siegel joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2012 and currently serves as a director. Working with the company’s president for the New York Tri-State Region, David A. Falk, Matthew focuses on representing tenants and landlords in Manhattan’s commercial districts.
On the landlord side, Matthew is part of the exclusive leasing team for 85 Tenth Avenue, recently completing an 180,000-square-foot transaction with Google on behalf of Related Companies. Matthew also represents 40 Thompson Street on behalf of Epic LLC as well as 590 Fifth Avenue on behalf of Thor Equities. Among some of his other achievements, in 2013, Matthew successfully disposed of 120,000 square feet for Cerberus Capital Management at 299 Park Avenue.
On the tenant representation side, Matthew has met the real estate needs of numerous prominent organizations, including the Big Ten Conference, CESD Talent Agency, Elite SEM, Campus Evolution, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Huntsworth Health and That’s Nice Marketing.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and urban land economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is a member of REBNY.
