Mark Schuessler serves as a director with Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets team in Los Angeles. Mr. Schuessler joined NKF in 2017 and in his first 12 months with the company closed more than 20 transactions in excess of $300 million worth of real estate and non-performing loans.
Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Schuessler was part of a specialized dispositions team at CWCapital, where he facilitated the sale of more than $3.9 billion worth of real estate and non-performing CMBS loans across all major asset classes throughout the U.S.
Mr. Schuessler has a vast pool of experience to draw from, having transacted on both stabilized and distressed assets, with a unique ability to navigate choppy waters and bring buyers and sellers together.
Mr. Schuessler holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University.
