Mark Bolllozos serves as Newmark’s executive vice president and head of Northwest operations, responsible for marketing and communications, research, accounting/finance, administrative support, IT, events, public relations and community outreach. Mr. Bollozos brings to his position more than 23 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. He joined the firm in 2017 as chief operating officer of Cornish & Carey.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Bollozos worked in the San Francisco office of Cushman & Wakefield, as head of marketing in the Americas for the company’s service lines and specialty practice group. In this role, he was responsible for the management and oversight of the practice group’s senior marketing leads, including agency leasing, industrial, retail, tenant, project and development services, technology, law, healthcare, not-for-profit and land.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Bollozos served as DTZ’s regional vice president of marketing for the West Coast. In this position, he was responsible for managing the marketing department, which employed over 30 graphics specialists and 60 marketing specialists. Previously, he served as vice president of research and marketing at Cassidy Turley, where he played a key role in the company’s growth through mergers and acquisitions.

An avid triathlete, Mr. Bollozos previously served on the board of Golden Gate Triathlon Club and has competed in several Ironman, Half Ironman and Olympic triathlons as well as marathons and half-marathons.
Mr. Bollozos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from Golden Gate University.
