With 15 years of experience on the Real Estate Market, Mariana has joined NKF’s team adding value with knowledge at Real Estate Consultancy and Market Feasibility Studies, through her experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and all real estate segments: commercial, industrial, residential, shopping centers and hotel buildings, providing the necessary basis for decision making for a real estate development in several locations of the country.
In her previous experience, Mrs. Hanania worked for 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, first period at Valuation & Advisory department, being responsible for preparing the administrative and operational processes of the area, from formalizing proposals, coordinating teams including hiring providers. throughout Brazil, until the auditing and reviewing of the valuation reports to guarantee quality of the results. In the Market Research Area, she managed the department for South America, which covered Brazil and 5 more countries. Responsible for selection and training of the research team to survey the real estate market in Bogotá and, thus, opening a company branch in the country. Responsible for the elaboration of all content related to the of the real estate market performance, used as a commercial approach tool for the transaction departments, and for information to the media, customers and overall public. Interface with the research departments of the main offices in the world, keeping the information updated for global publications in all segments of the real estate market. Responsible for communicating with the media with interviews, panel discussions, providing information and increasing the company’s exposure.
She also had a role at Binswanger Brazil as real estate portfolio manager, which covered services related to georeferencing, documental regularization and occupation studies for large companies in the chemical and telecommunications sectors, suggesting the best use for their properties and optimization of the portfolio value.
