With 25 years of experience in planning and management, 19 of which in the areas of Property and Facility Management, working in a multinational company in the Real Estate sector.
The executive is responsible for the structuring and implementation the services of Project, Property, Facility Management and Lease Administration to Newmark Knight Frank in Brazil, as part of global expansion project.
Before joining NKF, Marcos served in the South American operation of Cushman & Wakefield, between 1995 and 2014, assuming positions of increasing responsibility until 2003, when he became Director of Operations, and most recently in 2008, Executive Director of unit Asset Management.
Main achievements included: the strategic strengthening of Property management C&W area, by defining customer quality standards, redefinition of products and services and expansion of the portfolio, including other parts of Brazil and South America .These actions raised the initial participation of the business unit from 15% in 2008 to 33% at the end. Giving the company the leadership of PM sector in Brazil with more than 2.8 million managed square meters, 800 direct employees under management and annual operating budget management more than $ 265 million.
Previously, Marcos had relevant experience working with the Brazilian consulate in Spain in Sevilla Expo 92, where began his experience in the service area, and previous experience of 6 years in Semco, domestic capital goods company, operating in the areas of Procurement and Contract Management.
