Marc Andenmatten joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2013 to further expand the firm’s multifamily platform in Sacramento and the Central Valley. His focus is to provide high level advisory services to his clients with an emphasis on middle-market transactions and he has closed over 1,000 units representing over $75,000,000 in sales volume since 2014. Mr. Andenmatten has extensive experience in garden-style apartment buildings specifically.
Mr. Andenmatten’s ability to understand the specific needs of his clients allows him to deliver a customized solution ensuring a successful outcome for all parties involved in a transaction. He has earned a reputation for his strong work ethic and ability to proactively source proprietary opportunities, and he is knowledgeable in all facets of a sales transaction, including: financial analysis, underwriting, operating budget analysis, location and submarket research, due diligence review and contract negotiations.
Mr. Andenmatten was born and raised in Switzerland and has family roots in the East Bay Area. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in international studies, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is an avid golfer.
