Manfredo Costa Neto began his career as a real estate agent in 1970 when founded the Quartier Real Estate Consulting and from 1980 became director of Richard Ellis commercial in Brazil.
In 1990 founded the Partnership providing real estate services to Grupo Itaú, Fundação de Previdência CAEMI and Grupo Oscar Americano until 1999.
In 1999 Mr. Costa was invited to collaborate with Cushman Wakefield, being responsible for the Board of Corporate Real Estate Businesses until 2014, when he joined Brazilian’s Newmark team as responsible for commercial and new business area in whole country.
Planned and executed the marketing strategy for commercialization of the most iconic properties in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, such as Deutsche Bank, America Business Park and CENESP (Marginal Pinheiros, SP), Icon (Faria Lima, SP), Ed. Caemi (Praia Botafogo, RJ), Banco Itaú (Centro, SP), Condomínio Ed. São Luiz (Itaim, SP), Banco de Boston (Morumbi, SP), Banco Santander (Av. Paulista, SP). Ed. Lloyd’s Bank (Av. Faria Lima, SP), Ed. Ouro Negro (Maracanã, RJ) among others, summing more than 700 thousand sq.m of offices and warehouses. Mr. Costa was also teacher at Real Estate Development course at FUPAM – Fundação de Urbanismo e Pesquisa em Arquitetura e Ambiente da USP – FAU Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo.
