Maggie Argyros joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory in 2019 as a senior managing director and co-market leader for the New York metropolitan area. Ms. Argyros is involved in all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations, including bidding, structuring and engaging appraisal assignments, quality control, and managing and co-leading NKF V&A’s NYC Metro office.
Ms. Argyros has been actively involved in real estate consulting and valuation since 1991. She was a senior appraiser for more than 10 years at CBRE, Inc., where she completed appraisal assignments for all property types as well as feasibility and market studies. In addition, she spent more than 10 years in banking as a reviewer for Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York Mellon and, most recently, JP Morgan Chase. Ms. Argyros assisted in managing all aspects of the appraisal function to ensure regulatory compliance for FIRREA-related real estate transactions and loan portfolio monitoring, including engaging appraisers, reviewing appraisals, coordinating and overseeing all interaction with the deal teams. Ms. Argyros also oversaw Deutsche Bank’s Berkshire Mortgage platform, which provided GSE loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. She worked most recently with the JPMC’s CMBS platform.

Ms. Argyros earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in real estate. She has also successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and accredited universities.
