Lori Sakowicz has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management. She joined Newmark Knight Frank as a real estate manager in September of 2007, and currently manages over 500,000 square feet of retail, industrial and low-rise office projects located throughout the Denver metro area.
Ms. Sakowicz has experience working in office, retail, research/development and industrial properties on both third party and owner managed portfolios. Her responsibilities include financial analysis, tenant relations, contract/vendor/maintenance, annual budgets and business plans, lease management, construction coordination, staff management and various capital improvement projects.
From 1992 to 1998, Ms. Sakowicz worked for COMPASS Management and Leasing where she was the property manager for an Equitable Real Estate industrial portfolio of 1.2 million square feet. In 1998, Ms. Sakowicz worked for Jones Lang LaSalle where she managed two mid-rise office properties for The University of Colorado at Denver, in addition to various other office properties throughout the Denver Technological Center.
Ms. Sakowicz holds a real estate broker license in the state of Colorado.
