Lori J. Raugust, MAI, MRICS, joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory in 2018 as a senior vice president with the Hotels, Gaming and Leisure team in Las Vegas. Ms. Raugust is the national team leader for gaming, responsible for overseeing gaming operations nationally. She brings to her position over 17 years of experience preparing real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial properties.
Ms. Raugust has worked on a wide variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, GSA facilities, hotel, resort and gaming properties, going concerns, and special purpose properties, such as golf courses, prison facilities. Gaming experience spans from Las Vegas “Strip” properties to riverboat, Native American-owned gaming, racinos, horse tracks and dog race tracks located throughout the nation. She has also provided court testimony as an expert witness.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Raugust worked on CBRE’s Valuation Services team in Las Vegas, most recently as director of the Las Vegas office.
