Liz McNeill joined Newmark in 2016 and currently serves as a director of the Global Corporate Services (GCS) group in the firm’s Boston office, where she is responsible for service delivery for multiple corporate clients covering both office and industrial asset classes. Liz also serves in a transaction management role as a single point of contact for clients, helping align with identified business objectives and achieve the best solutions for their portfolios.
Prior to joining to the GCS team, Liz was a member of Newmark’s team for the suburbs north of Boston, specializing in tracking transaction management, proposal preparation, financial analysis, market surveys, showings and event planning. While serving in this capacity, Liz developed and maintained strong relationships with both landlord clients and tenant clients. She generated marketing materials for available listings, such as flyers, proposals, tour books and floor plans. She also coordinated social media involvement and collaborated with Newmark’s researchers and marketing specialists.
Prior to joining Newmark, Liz worked as a tenant services coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield’s property management division, where she maintained relationships between landlords, tenants and vendors. She also assisted with the lease negotiation process and facilitated lease administration process-execution, abstracting, CAM and billing setup.

Ms. McNeill earned a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University, where she majored in finance. She currently lives in Boston.
