Lispah Hogan joined Newmark Knight Frank as a principal in 2002 to play a pivotal role in the firm’s national expansion and to direct its Houston office. Lispah is a 35-year commercial real estate veteran, specializing in tenant advisory. She has completed more than 23 million square feet of transactions since the start of her career and has extensive experience in numerous regions throughout the southern United States, particularly in Texas and Louisiana.
Over the course of her career, Lispah has represented many prominent corporations in their occupancy needs in Houston and internationally. In addition to the partial list below, she was retained by Phillips 66 to assist in the development of its 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters. In addition to leasing, she has executed the sale of 34 buildings and more than 754 acres of land, including a mixed-use site in Austin, Texas.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Lispah worked for 18 years at J. Studley, Inc., as vice president and branch manager for the Houston office. She began at Studley after serving in the commercial lending field, initially with First Freeport National Bank and later as interim commercial loan supervisor for the North American Mortgage Company.
Lispah is an active member of CoreNet. She is also a former secretary and treasurer of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) and a former president of the Association for Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Additionally, Lispah is a committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a member of the Houston Aggie Club.
